We hired Rent-A-Tent to help us host our holiday work event. The company was very responsive and helpful in creating a wonderful atmosphere. The tent quality was fantastic, and the heater was perfect on this cold night. We also rented a bar from them as well, which was a perfect addition. The easiest part of party planning! Jack was absolutely fantastic to work with. Super transparent with pricing and set up expectations. Answered all texts/calls immediately, and came out to measure shortly after party discussions.
Pricing was more than appropriate and set up was done a day before our party. He also worked with us for when to take down the equipment, too.
Also, everything was so CLEAN. Clearly taken care of. Looked brand new. Everyone at our party commented on it. Even the lights included in the tent looked brand new. That's a huge plus for me.

Jack and the team at li rent a tent were amazing! We were planned a party for late September and hadn’t really thought about rain; two days before the party the forecast changed and the party had grown larger than expected. In a panic I googled rental tents and seeing the excellent reviews, I chose LI rent a tent. His price was competitive and he was totally professional. He came and measured that day and the tent went up the next day. At the last minute I realized I also needed chairs, I called him just hours later on a Friday after 4 and even though he was on his way out of town, he assured me he would get it done. He had his team on it and chairs were delivered by 6. He really saved the day and made the party. I will definitely be calling them for my next event. They went above and beyond to make it all work.
We rented a 20x30 tent with tables and chairs for our daughter’s communion party. Jack was awesome from beginning to end. He was a pleasure to deal with and everything was delivered as promised. I will definitely be using them for all of my future events. So happy we found them!
How do you host 30 people for Christmas in a little house? Rent-a-Tent! The heated tent was perfect! Consistent, warm, heat in a beautiful, clean tent, with tables and chairs for everyone to be comfortable. The service was great, communication was clear and professional, and the price was reasonable. An all-around pleasant experience! 10/10 recommended!
